Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

We do not refund any purchase, as it is deemed to have met all criteria at point of purchase, however we offer a return and exchange policy for a duration of 30 days from date of order confirmation.

If 30 days have passed since your order confirmation date, we can’t offer you a refund and exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift Vouchers
  • Greetings Cards

Should you wish to return any piece and receive a replacement, return carriage must be paid by yourself and also the courier cost of dispatching the replacement. No responsibility will be accepted by Jill Jones Fine Art for any goods in transit under these exchange conditions.

Damage in Transit of original purchase

Should any damage occur, please advise both the courier on delivery and ourselves within 3 days of receipt. This will enable us to raise a case with the career, and arrange a replacement for yourself.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jill Jones, West Coast Studio, Talbenny, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire SA62 3XB

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
