Wellbeing through Painting

The activity of painting can have a powerful impact on an environment and, by extension, on our own health and wellbeing. Experts believe that activities, such as painting classes, can be beneficial for people experiencing depression, stress or anxiety. Indeed, evidence provided by ‘Arts and Minds’, a leading arts and mental health charity, shows that taking part in creative activities has a positive impact on people’s mental health. So, we can say with some conviction that painting for wellbeing can have a great impact on a person.

2 hour classes are £80 per person, the full day is £140 per person and includes a gifted homemade lunch with local Welsh produce.

As all classes are booked to order, and tailored specially to the individual/s requirements, you can also request other blocks of tuition time (ie, for example: 3 hour sessions or multiple days) Prices on request.
